This web page represents our Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") regarding our website, http://www.reprogramthematrix.com. It was last updated on February 26 2021. Updates will be made at our sole discretion. It is the users responsibility to keep up to date with our terms & conditions. Reprogram The Matrix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Website. You may purchase digital Goods to be downloaded. You may make use of our Services. We reserve the right to update this Agreement from time to time at our sole discretion, without notice.

Payments

Payments will be processed in USD (US Dollar) via one of our available payment methods: Credit card, PayPal. Domestic sales tax is not included in the displayed price for Goods. For international orders, all local taxes (including sales and use taxes and value added taxes), customs duties, and other dues imposed by your country of residence are not included in displayed prices and will be your responsibility to pay in addition to the displayed price.

We reserve the right to change displayed prices at any time. We reserve the right to cancel existing orders or refuse service to anyone under any circumstance at our discretion.

Refunds

We do NOT accept refunds for change of mind or misuse/neglect. Absolutely No refunds on any digital products; like E-books, mp3 recordings, digital videos, or any other downloadable content. No refunds for any membership subscriptions for any reason. Refunds for 1 on 1 calls will be issued if the customer asks for a refund before the call has taken place, however the customer will be charged for the PayPal Merchant Fee associated with the transaction.

Product license

When making a digital purchase you are granted a license agreement and not an agreement for sale. A single User is permitted to use the digital Goods per bought license. You may not redistribute the Goods or Modifications other than by including the Goods or a portion thereof within Your own product, which must have substantially different functionality and you must have the owners written consent. You are explicitly not allowed to redistribute the Goods or Modifications.

Service

We make no guarantee of uninterrupted, timely or secure Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition.

Customers are billed on a subscription basis. The time between bills that are generated and sent to the account owner is referred to as the "billing period". Reprogram The Matrix allows you to select a plan or package to suit your business needs and budget. In the event of a plan downgrade, the bill will remain the same as the original price until the next billing period. You will automatically be charged the applicable monthly subscription fee for each month or partial month that Your month-to-month subscription is in effect.

Support

Support will be provided to all paying customers with any difficulties or issues relating to their purchase. Our communication channels for support include: Contact Form on the Contact Us page.

User accounts

Users may create and sign up for an account with Reprogram The Matrix. Persons who wish to create an account must be at least 18 years of age. Users may select their own unique User name as long as it complies with our content restrictions. We reserve the right to revoke a User name at our discretion for any reason. User information, content and associated data is private to all Users of Reprogram The Matrix.

We reserve the right to remove a User's account at any time for any reason with no required notice to the account owner. Users may choose to delete their account and associated data by contacting us.

User data remains private within Reprogram The Matrix and will never be shared, sold or distributed with a third party unless in a business transfer such as an acquisition or merger.

Content

Reprogram The Matrix allows you to upload or produce content. Anything you post, upload or otherwise make available is referred to as "User Content".

You grant Reprogram The Matrix and its Users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content. All User Content for which you are not the owner of, will retain its original copyright and ownership. We are not liable for copyright breaches from User Content.

Reprogram The Matrix retains ownership, copyright and intellectual property for any Content produced by a User on Reprogram The Matrix. Part of the non-exclusive license to User Content is the permission to reuse produced content for the purpose of advertising and other promotions. This may include the creator's User information.

To keep Reprogram The Matrix safe, we have some restrictions on the type of User Content allowed. This is referred to as "content restrictions". Any breach of the following may result in deletion and a permanent ban:

  • Adult content
  • Offensive or abusive material
  • Illegal content
  • False or misleading information
  • Copyrighted material
  • Spam or scams

We value user feedback. If you choose to submit comments, ideas or suggestions you permit us free access to implement it with no restriction or compensation to you.

It is the liability of you, the User, to ensure your use of this site complies with your local laws.

This Agreement was originally written in English. We may translate the Terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of this Agreement and the English version, the English version will control.
